Orlando Celebration

We're only one month away now from our trip to Orlando. We'll be staying in the Melia Orlando Suite Hotel at Celebration.

Di's already been there once without me so I'll trust her good judgement. As usual, it looks great on the website. But she says this one is nice.

According to Wikipedia:

Celebration is a census-designated place (CDP) and a master-planned community in Osceola County, Florida, United States, located near Walt Disney World Resort and originally developed by The Walt Disney Company. As part of the OrlandoKissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area, Celebration's population was 7,427 at the 2010 census.[3] Subsequent to founding Celebration, Disney followed its plans[4] to divest most of its control of the town. Several Disney business units continue to occupy the town's office buildings, and two utility companies, Smart City Telecom and Reedy Creek Energy Services, both operated from Walt Disney World, provide services to the town. The town itself remains directly connected to the Walt Disney World resorts via one of its primary streets, World Drive, which begins near the Magic Kingdom.

We drove through it once before and will be spending lots of time in Celebration.

We'll also get a two day pass to Disney World. I've lost track of how often we've been there, but it's been a while and I want to see the new stuff.

Well, OK. I can do without that, but I want to see:

And we HAVE to go here:
(Italy pavilion at EPCOT)

I've already e-mailed them at Disney World and asked when 'no kids day' is. I'm waiting for a reply.

The trip is March 5-9. I'll add posts with pictures every day we are there. Enjoy!
